Ugh, Bumblefoot!

So my young Cayuga duck has Bumblefoot!
ive been doIng everything I can. Soaking in Epsom salt, spraying if, putting Neosporin on its he’s just not getting any better. The foot has gone limp and he’s not putting any pressure on it but honestly the spot isn’t even that big. I don’t see any puss nor “seed”infection.
need help on what else I can do!
I feel like wrapping him like this isn’t helping either but it’s the best I can do
Have you tried PRID? My Welsh Harlequin had the beginnings of bumblefoot and there was no scab for me to take off, just a small, black dot, the size of a headpin, in the midst of a swelling in her middle toe. She was limping badly so I took her to the vet, who prescribed antibiotics and anti-inflammatory meds. Neither helped, in fact her limping got worse. I started rubbing PRID on her foot after her Epsom salt soak and before she went to bed at night. Very soon after, her limp went away completely, although the swelling was still there. Eventually the dark pin point turned into a dark scab, which at some point, I was ready to take off. The day we were to take off the scab, we discovered it was gone and there was nothing but healthy, pink tissue underneath. It took about 2 months of epsom salt soaks (twice a day in the beginning and then once a day later on), neosporin and PRID, but I never had to cut my Welshie and she's doing great now. I periodically check her feet and they look great. No swelling in the toes and no bumble!
