Ugh, hen broody for second time this year

Ok I was all excited about having broodies at first because it was our first time, but now I'm quite over it. One of my hens who hatched April 19th has gone broody again. Grrrr.

One of my Speckled Sussex seems to be on the same schedule, she is the coop's Broody Queen!

I soooo want a broody when my hens grow up!! I can't wait! Hopefully it's one of my light brahmas.

I worry about the health of my hens when they go broody. Nothing seems to discourage, even "broody jail". I have one now that has been broody for 18 days. She is so light when I pick her up, it's scary!
