Ya all are going to say I am off my rocker, but hear me out.
The key to soft smooth skin, is eating enough saturated fats, and as needed, using a natural oil such as raw coconut oil as a lotion.
Our cell structure is 50% saturated fat, so if you try to eat low fat, according to so called modern wisdom, all you are doing is depriving your body of a required nutrient dense food.
If you go back to pre industrial eating, you will find lines and wrinkles will plump out, cellulite WILL disapear, and you will not have dry skin.
And you will not get fat by eating real fats. No heart disease either.
Real fats are as follows.
Butter, preferably raw
Raw, virgin Coconut oil
Real Lard and Tallow
ETA: I use coconut oil on my face all the time now, and it does not make me breakout!
