When they look really bad, I give three drops on the beak twice a day (thanks Diana). Look at the top or bottom of the tag on the feed. That's where I usually find any med info.

I mixed some alfalfa pellets, oatmeal, and yogurt together. The don't like it!

Not all starter is medicated. The mill is required to state on the label whether or not it is medicated. If you've done a thorough search of the label, and no evidence of medication has become evident, it's likely unmedicated.
