Ugly chicken breeds

My little Golden Phoenix cockerel loves my light Sussex pullet very much. When they're old enough, just for you all ugly chicken lovers, I'll hatch out some Light Golden Phussex..... I'll post the pics here!

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I think my silkies, polish and frizzle Cochins are beautiful. I find it funny that my mother will always give compliments to the one I consider plain (she thinks my brahma hen is the prettiest one of my flock). The rest of my birds are just "funny looking" to her.

What kind of nake neck is that? Or is there only one type of breed just different colors ? Very cute though, when I brought mine home everyone was like "what's wrong with it? Is it sick?" lol

I do think showgirls and silkies are kind of .. yeah. Also, Asils and Shamos look like evil dinosaurs - I expect them to hiss or something! I know they are regal in their own way, and every one I've ever met or heard of was a total sweetie, but still... they give me the heebie jeebies!

I have got four chicks that just hatched yesterday that might fall into this catagory. Will grow them out to see what they turn into.Father is a La Fleche and the mother is an Ancona. They are the color of ancona chicks ,but with La Fleche beak and nostrils.
