Ugly hen

I have a older 3-4 year old ISA Brown hen her name is "Beatrice"
She has really a big comb and waddles. Most people think she is a rooster. Lol
I attached a photo of her.
What do you guys think?

I have isa Browns too and One of them has a big come to and she is one of the sweetest chickens ever I don’t think that you should worry about the size of their comb unless she starts to cock-a-doodle-doo because I have had a hen start crowing and stop laying eggs and grew a huge comb , just keep an eye on her

My neighbor has a Black Sex Link hen with a large comb and wattles. This particular hen also looks very much like a rooster, but she is most definitely a hen.

She is very friendly and acts very feminine so I don't worry about her becoming a rooster. She does the squat when you pick her up and likes my rooster. Despite being older she is one of my best layers 4-5 eggs a week.

I'm worried about my ugly hen Beatrice she had this sticking out of her butt. My wife and I pulled it out and washed her. What could it be? It kinda looks like a piece of intestine?
