Uh my chicken puked?

Hey so I was hanging out with my chickens about a week ago and saw one just leak a watery yellowish liquid from its mouth. Not sure why? He just threw up.

I didn't smell his mouth, I lost track of which chicken it was as I have 19 rhode island reds, he seems fine now but I can't be sure

Had it just drank a lot...then lowered it head to forage?
It can happen when they gorge on water and overfill their crops.

happened to my duck before, drank to much water and when i grabbed her she threw up (i didn't grab her directly by the neck)
