the other chicken is a gold laced wyandotte so completely different breedThe tail feather allow me to understand why you think cockerel but the comb seems to be smaller than the one it is standing next to. If they are the same breed I would say pullet. I sex by comparing chickens of the same age and breed together using combs usually I am fairly accurate (with brahmas anyway)
