I too am hatching both currently for my first hatch!
I have 28 chicken and 3 Muscovy in a still-air Hovabator. Chicks are on day 13 and ducks on day 9. Muscovies take 35 days for incubation so I am planning on just turning them once a day when I pull chicks out during hatch. Hopfully, they will be ok without the turning this early on in their cycle. I will let you know how it goes. I feel a little crazy too trying both but we will see how it goes. I have been misting my duck eggs at least once a day to help them with humidity while in the early incubation with the chicks.
