I guess with these hot temperatures the chicks were developing before i set them. Day 18 is monday and i have 2 pips tonight with low humidity. Whoops now im in trouble. Any advice what i should do with the pipped eggs? How should i lay the already pipped eggs?

Carefully raise the humidity, you can even try moistening the eggs, but make sure they stay warm. Set the pipped side up and place it on its side. Chicks can hatch upright, so you could leave them in the turner and just turn that off.

Best of luck!

I pulled the egg turner out, wet the chicken egg pips with a damp paper towel. They arent moving or making any noise.......then i picked up the quail eggs to move them and one cracked all tge way around in my hand..... he was born 20 minutes later.....he sure is a fussy butt too. :jumpy
