uhhh... not fully feathered and feathers falling out

This is Tigerlily. She a 4-week-old Americana. When her feathers started coming in they were poofy not flat like my other chicks. I noticed today that she's loosing her big girl feathers. 3-4 flight feathers on each wing. I know chickens molt, but I think she's just a young for it. Any ideas?
