It would be nice but the trampoline is still required by the littles!
You know, that I am always looking for practical solutions. :thumbsup:oops:
You can get slightly different size:gig for the littles, and repurpose the existing one into a full time aviary:yesss:

For the first time today I saw my group of about 7 flyers and a lumberyard group maybe twice that, JOIN TOGETHER and fly a few laps for a minute or so about midway between Dragon Loft and Lumberyard Loft. It sent chills down my spine!
I can already see it:love all flying around in harmony/friendship/formation:thumbsup,,,,,, reminds me how my grandchildren would refer to my flock loft flying,,,, and they called them Granpas Eagles:)

Well as far as I'm concerned the loft is finished :weeI put the trap on for the fantails side. I may need to fit more perches but it is fine for the moment. I'm also waiting for my brother to drill the holes for the nest front but I have retro fitted some mesh panels for now.

I also put some solar lights on and a couple of butterfly decorations! And I painted the side of the roof that covers the rabbits, just to keep in theme!

:love:love:love Beautiful loft! I see the birds have added their own moulty feather decor though. How do your homers seem to be liking it?

Yeah they've literally started to moult the day before I put them in! I'm gonna spend a bit of time picking feathers off that new shiny wire! They seem reasonably happy. It's all new to them so they are finding there feet so to speak! Only one stayed on the nest when I moved them but on plastic eggs so not a problem really. I put the bath in for them today to help them settle in a bit more, they loved it!

the fantails were a bit more cautious though. They nearly got there toes wet!

Got the woodwork back from my brother. He made 24 pieces, two per box, top and bottom. I mentioned that he is a woodworker and makes kitchens and furniture, well the stuff he makes is very expensive, bespoke, oak furniture. He made the fronts out of OAK!! They will last a lifetime!

I want to paint them but I'm not sure I should! They look immaculate!
