Uknown Loss

I lost my first chick. She was 5 weeks old. It is unclear to me what happened. She was just all of a sudden fluffed up and lethargic seeming on Sunday morning. I checked her over and there was no outward telltale. She died sometime today after I left for work. How are you supposed to guess what is happening and how to save them?

Thank you. I was feeling confident because we made it to 5 weeks with no troubles, but it doesn't work that way. My first flock. I will have to get used of it.
