Um, what do you suppose she came from? *Update more pics* OEGB?

Wow! Can I order some of those? Hee hee hee. (I wish...) I love the shading on her wings and tail, and her adorable little face.

Despite the fact that I have no clue what she is, I think she's perfect in every way.

No idea but she is simpy stunning !

Black legs dont always mean green or brown.. the greenish lobes also lay offwhite to a creamy brown color egg. We have an EE that has the minty green lobes, and she lays the creamy colored eggs--blew my mind with her first few eggs!

She sure is gorgeous! Congrats... now can I get some of your eggs? lol

Thanks everyone, I think she's gorgeous too. That's why I named her Precious.

Well I've been doing some more research today and I really do believe she is a cross between an EE and an Old English Game Bantam. I had never really researched the OEGB's before. When I received these birds I noticed they laid green eggs and never really gave them another thought. But now that I've done my research I realize most of this little flock looks a heck of a lot like OEGB's.

Here is Blackbeard, I think he might be her Daddy after all. If he were dubbed he'd look exactly like some of the OEGB's I've seen online. His hens look just like the black OEGB hens.

Here is her hatch mate. She laid her first egg today. It was green. This one looks exactly like Blackbeard's hens.

Anyway, I think I just might have her parents after all. If I can make heads or tails out of the breeding book I purchased recently I'm going to give it a try to see if I can reproduce her. May not work, but would be a lot of fun to try anyway.
