Umbilical Cord and Yolk Still attached - HELP :)

Thank you!! I've got them food/water now but they aren't real interested yet, which I expect.

My one that had the umbilical cord attached may have a bad leg. It's not using it much and it looks turned in.

When do I get concerned about one pipping? This one has been at this stage for a couple hours now. The hole was smaller this morning but it's not getting much bigger. He's still moving his beak (not a ton but moving). Do I need to worry yet?

Keep an eye on the leg and supplement with Niacin, brewers yeast or Vitamin B complex if it continues... As for the pipper, ducks love to take their sweet time... it's not unusual for them to 'punch around' for 24 hrs after pipping before they actually start zipping... unless it sounds weak or seems in distress/stuck, I would leave it...
