Greetings

My chick hatched and was still tied to the yolk in the egg. He was dragging the egg shell around and the string (umbilical cord) finally snapped. What should I do?! Should I give him immediate access to external food and water? I don't want to open the incubator because another chick is making its way to hatching, his beak and some of his body are exposed so I don't want to try him out!\

Thank you for your time
