Umbilical cord?

Do chicks have umbilical cords? My little yellow one has a little black stick coming from it’s bottom but not it’s vent. Also all babies are pooping but the tiniest is acting the slightest bit wobbly

Yes, they do have umbilical cords..Give them time. Takes awhile to find their legs..
