Umm...help?...leaking hole near chick's vent

Sorry I've never experienced anything like this. I picked up one of my 9 day old chicks and it had this clear yellow stuff on it's backside, to the left...I cleaned her up, but she has a hole in her 'butt' that is leaking this stuff. What is going on here?

I'm going to hypothesis that something punctured her abdomen and her intestines are leaking. I'm not sure if there'd be a fix for that. How is she acting? Lethargic? Cheeping high pitched? Maybe try to repair the hole with liquid bandaid or super glue?

I thought of that as a solution but wasn't sure if it was safe, or if I should let the stuff leak out... yeah the chick doesn't seem happy.... It's perky but stays near the light.

Many years ago my then already 6 years old Sussex hatched one chick that had 4 vents/openings (2 of them on her upper back) and additional pigeon toes, a clear genetic defect. At first it was very big and seemed well nourished and lived for almost 11 days until we decided to cull.

The additional openings were leaking all the time and it started to decline after several days.

The right hock looks somewhat swollen, could you take another picture with the legs straight, standing?

The belly seems slightly stolen to me. The chick is 9 days old. Is it at all possible it didn't properly absorb it's yolk and this is now leaking out? Nothing on the chick looks abnormal except this leakage and she's small, but I have others that hatched from pullet eggs and they are small too. She hatched from a normal sized egg.

I don't know how else I can photograph it. The purple stuff is gentian violet. Nothing is swolen but the butt.
