Unable to poop

My chick is 11 days old. It originally had pasty butt which i tended to regulary (whipping, yogurt, eggs, and apple cider vinegar). Nothing seemed to help. The chick also peeped very loudly every time it pooped. Now the chick does not appear to be pooping. It was very bloated and waddled when it walked. Yesterday i soaked her in warm water and used a Q-tip to press around the vent a lot of poop came out. Chick doesn't seem any better today.

Some plain yogurt might help straighten out her digestive system problems. May have internal problem that is causing the problem also. Not anything you can do about that but hoping it something simple. What kind of diet is she on?
