unable to post eggs on auction

The auction site won't let me post anything--instead, gives me a message that I am not allowed access. I made sure I was logged in from my email account, but after several attempts (and not being allowed to post), I then got a message that I had "listed my limit" of auctions!

Non gfm members are only allowed 5 listings every 30 days. If you purchase a Golden Feather membership you can post 20 every 30 days.

Wish it would just *say* that, rather than have a generic message, so that one doesn't spend time trying to mess around with it!
