Unabsorbed Yolk?

Guinea fowl hatched yesterday with reddish thing hanging from between its legs. It is not a prolapse from the vent but is lower and probably the navel. Seems to have gotten smaller since yesterday. Do you think it will dry up and fall off or do I need to cull? Any advise appreciated.

Never got any better and seemed to have other problems so I culled it.
