Unbalanced Rooster

I feed him the packets of chicken feed I get at the supermarket (corn and seed mix) morning and late afternoon, and mid-afternoon I give them either an apple to share or some fresh grapes with oats. They are free also free range and the property is quite big, with all kinds of terrain such as grass, bush, sand, etc. The food is stored in a sealed container so it's dry, no mold. There is no visible swelling of the joints.

He does walk around and he can run, especially when I call them for food. But it seems that he choses to sit like that whenever he is eating or just chilling.

Thank you all for the replies... I will start giving him scrambled eggs this afternoon. Where would I find these vitamin tablets?
Let's see if @Janke Beukes can chime in, she's in SA Not sure where @Pork Pie is located but he may be able to point you in the right direction too on finding some vitamins.
I think Janke found some human B-Complex, but then she was also able to find some vitamins/electrolytes.
Also look at her post HERE - she found a packet of vitamins/minerals - Pennville, if you can find something similar, then I would get that - administer it 3 times a week. The other things in that photo, I don't think I would use at this time.

Giving him some extra protein is good too - egg, meat, fish - any of these are fine.
Hopefully he will respond to nutritional support. It's still possible he could be suffering from disease like Marek's - even with that there is no real treatment except for trying to boost vitamins and nutrition.
