Uncontrolled Mites!

I am in need of help! I can Not get rid of mites! I have tried permethrin and even splurged for the elector psp both with no results. I have emptied the coop completely, scrubbed it totally, doused it with elector, sprayed the chickens and repeated a week later. I believe the mites are laughing at me. I used 2t per gallon of water. They are not free range (as I lost one of my girls to a Fischer last season). I have 8 girls (lavender Orpington, Australorp, English Orpington, EE, Speckled Sussex, Cochin) I’m The run is about 20x20, the coop 8x10. I use tractor supply shavings for the floor of the coop and the nesting boxes. I use sweet pdz under the roosts. I keep a very clean coop. Can someone tell me what I’ve done wrong please, and what I should be doing. My poor girls! Thank you for and and all input!!

Do they have dust baths? Those help.

Are you 100% sure it's mites? Have you seen them? What kind of mites? Not all mites get the same treatment.

And might it be a reinfestation? Could be a rat infestation.

Have you tried wood ash in your dust bath and under your bedding in the coop?

Make sure to treat your run as well as your coop. Lime is a good way to keep bugs down.

I have not, I will do this first thing in the am, thank you

Those are lice nits.
Do you see lice actively moving about on the hens or just the nits? (the hard egg casings at the base of the feathers)
