We feed our flock of 28 uncooked beans from our garden with out knowing they are toxic! We feed them for a few days, are we going to get sick if we eat their eggs??! I'm pregnant and i've been eating the eggs and i'm very worried.

I've eated string green beans right off the plant and even fed a few to my kids. Yes, they definitely contain toxins but at a low level. A few here and there are not a problem. I don't know much about chickens passing toxicity through eggs, but I don't think there would be an issue if the chickens show no signs of distress or death.

Pregnancy wise, you can err on the side of caution; but the toxicity level is so low in string green beans, I wouldn't be concerned.
