Underweight pigeon - what to change in feed?

My pigeon is underweight (304 grams). Can I switch it from pigeon feed to only black oil sunflower seeds and popcorn seeds?

If your pigeon is underweight despite having a lot of food available, it probably has a health issue. Black oil sunflower seeds can block the crop of an unhealthy pigeon, so I would not do that.

I would keep letting if pigeon seeds. It seems that your pigeon has a issue. What is he's cage/ set up like? Does he always have food and water available?
