Undigested pellets and watery poop

My friends chickens sound like they're sick. their poop is water with undigested pellets in it. ANything she can do?

She should give them grit and oyster shells and even a probiotic supplement. Soy yogurt would be a good, inexpensive choice, but grit is absolutely necessary for them to grind the pellets.
