Unexpected hatching - help!

Also, the navel, where the umbilical cord is, doesn't really look like it closed properly in comparison to the other chicks.

See that opening around the red spot? That whole gray-ish area? For the other chicks, this area only has a dot as a navel.

Look at those feet! He is able to walk now, like every normal chicken. And he loves it!
I still think that he has a kind of mental disability. He has problems with his sense of equilibrium and stumbles a lot. He has started to use his wings to help him balance and thus improved, but he is still falling over every few steps. I hope he gets even better. We named him Dizzy for his disability!
