Unexpected visitors...Like, or don't like?

We dont have anyone unannounced these days...too many cell phones, emails for that to happen.

I like them, as long as I don't look like I just crawled out of the trash heap.. which is most of the time. I prefer to at least be clean, but if they don't mind that I'm filthy, fine by me!

Working from home or farming seems to send a signal to some they can drop by anytime and you can drop what ever you are doing to entertain them. With a farm you always have the advantage of handing them a shovel and telling them how you really appreciate their help cleaning the barn.

It does seem like they never come when: Your house is clean, your hair is combed, your make-up is fresh, you are actually wearing a bra,

specially the bra part

If I am at my house I usually have my hoochie clothes on and no bra. I do not want unexpected visitors either! Unless they are the kids...they don't care what I am wearing!

Usually my boyfriend comes over uninvited, so that's fine, anyone else is annoying.

When I was in my 20's and 30's, I loved them. Not so much now, and I don't have that problem. When someone is being impolite, I feel no obligation to be any more polite to them. I have no trouble hanging up or closing a door when someone is in mid sentence, when appropriate. If I worked at home, you would be unlikely to intrude more than once.
