My tuffed roman goose hatched out 4 of 5 eggs day before yesterday , the remaning egg was pushed to the side yesterday, I went out a little while ago to change the babies water and picked up the left over egg thinking it was bad and almost tossed it but decided to candle it on the way to get the flashlight i felt movement ,well it's still hanging in there so i put it in my hatcher as i have keets hatching right now,so we will see what happens.
My question is can i place the gosling with the mother at night when and if it hatches or is it a hit and miss thing like chickens?
My geese are free ranged but she has not brought her babies out of the greenhouse yet, so i was not sure if she will accept the late hatch if she starts bringing them out.
Here is the new family
