Man I missed the boat on that I had some bantam cochins I wanted to show.

I went to this show last year and it was great! My first ever chicken show besides the state fair and it was a great learning experince. I am hoping to attend again.

Greenfamily i will pm you about a silkie breeder who was there last year.

Will any of you folks that plan to attend have any turkey poults for sale?

Although it's not quite spring yet, I've been bitten by the baby bug!

I'll be coming in from Bat Cave---my FIRST poultry show--but I'll just be observing. My Silkies are ready to show, but I'm not. I had no idea they'd actually have anything for sale. Hadn't planned on arriving until around 11A, since its almost a 3 hour drive, but I may have to set the alarm clock saturday morning.
If any BYC will be showing Silkies there, I'd LOVE to meet up with you.
Thanks

There should quite a few silkies being shown. As far as sales, there should be a ton of birds there for sale. Nice weather brings out the buyers and the sellers too. Most sellers should be setup by 8-9am. I 'plan' to be selling by 7:30.

We will be there. I plan to bring a blue Sumatra Hen and a black Sumatra Hen along with two Modern game hens that will be for sale.

We are looking for a young pair of blue, maybe even black Cochins. My husband has always loved them. We are showing silkies and call ducks also. Also, I would like, maybe a couple of guinea hens. I have one lonely male, or at least he appears to be a male. He tried to breed another chicken in there.

*Plundering trying to find my green card.*

I haven't used it in so long I've got to find it.

What is this green card and where do you get it? I have not been to a show where I have had to use one. I usually only have a few here and there to sell anyway.
