I've seen a comb like that before on a bird that had a pea-combed parent and a single-combed parent.

I think he has to be barnyard mix. The ears have a bit of white in the red, too.

I read somewhere sometimes their comb will be like that because of the bird is deficient in something they need. Vitamin orsome mineral. Every once in awhile i will lift it up for him. The look on his lil face is priceless.
