Maybe what I think is my Welsummer, is actually a Brown Leghorn! The white earlobes on your photo does indicate a white egg layer, which would be a Leghorn.
I think the white earlobes are the only difference. My hen has red earlobes, but other than that the resemblance is uncanny. Mine even has her comb flop over just like that.If yours looks exactly like this one, including earlobe color. Then yes, yours is a Brown Leghorn as well.
