Unknown Chicken

This rooster showed up in my yard earlier today. Can anyone help me Identify what breed, if any he is?
I don't really want to keep him but my neighboor says all the rest of the chickens he was with were killed by dogs and he needs a home.
If this is not the proper place to post this question please feel free to move it to where ever it should be

I think he's a mix.. He's too big to be a Leghorn, thoes little suckers are only like 4-5 lbs tops. I think he is part Easter chicken and something blue.

And it looks like he's had an encounter or two with a dog also.

Probably from trying to defend his little flock. Poor roo.
He is pretty, though I don't have a clue what he may be.
Hope you can keep him or find him a good home.
