Trying to ID these ducks. Half a dozen on a park lake in Northern Lancaster County, Pa yesterday. (8/2/18)
Looks like their in Tuxedo's.
Were associating with a flock of Mallards. Any help would be appreciated...

Looks like an Ancona duck. It is a domestic breed, it shouldn’t be in the wild. Are you planning on saving it from getting killed by a predator ? Because that will most definitely happen to it as the breed is too heavy to fly

Could be a mix. In a pond in Yankton South Dakota there's multiple domestic x wild species crosses due to people dumping them. They look just like that duck actually.

It looks kinda like a Pekin crossed with something. The light color on the wings kinda makes me think that. Could also be a black Swedish

But definitely not a wild breed. These are pets.
