I very recently got 4 blackrock hen's and they are pretty scruffy. One of them is looking perticularly poor and has very thick legs, Quite nervous and unhappy. She is huddleing up as in holding her neck down all the time and lifting her legs right up when she walks, she's aslo closeing her eyes alot like they do when there tired. I don't know if she is just scared as she has spent most her life inside, or she has something wrong with her. they all have white powder like stuff on them and i'm not sure what it is. can anyone help?

Pics would be good...... I am thinking that it could be mites / lice or both question if she has worms as well. I am sure you will get good advice here.
