My quails have been fighting recently, resulting on damaged eyelids. I noticed they're itching their heads more than usual, and there's tiny tiny black flies on their faces, as if they were especially attracted to the ones with damaged bloody eyelids.
I checked and I don't see anything in the feathers. What kind of parasite is it, and how should I treat it?
I took a video of it but I couldn't manage to put it here, so here are two screenshots.
