History: Storm was treated badly by humans, so he escaped from people as a puppy, long before they left the city. He met Rex, and they soon became best of friends, always sticking together.
Personality: Storm makes up for Rex's bad decision-making by thinking things through. He is strong in his head and body. Rex and Storm compliment each other perfectly; where one falls short, the other comes through (is this OK?). He is normally serious, but he loosens up around Rex (and his future mate).
