Well she does have 5 toes on each foot but not feathered legs.

I had a frizzle bantam that would lose "all" her feathers every summer and grow them back on Late September. All summer long I had a naked chicken running around my yard. A hawk got her over the winter though... Loved that girl.

How would she lose her feathers?

Sounds more like a frazzled, they do lose their feathers easily.

She would appear to molt in late spring and then unlike some of the others that would lose some feathers, she would lose them all. The other hens did not bother her at all

While she was the smallest and at the bottom of the pecking order, the other hens did not pick on her at all. She ate drank and did everything the others did... only naked...

A bit of an update on Jane... she has been moved outside permanently as she was living in a large dog crate in my sunroom because it was cold out. She is a great layer. She rarely misses a day , since I’ve had her I believe she has only skipped a day 3 times. I brought her home a companion because she seemed lonely. So now Jane will tidbit Charlotte, the Golden Sebright Old English Game cross pullet, when I let them out to free range. I recently put Jane on Feather Fixer so we will see how that goes, I noticed that some of her back feathers have started to come in before I started her on the Feather Fixer. Unfortunately Jane has a very big attitude for her small size and goes out of her way to bully my Easter Egger hen Wendy so I house the bantams and the large fowl separately. I still love her though.
