I didn't even know they could.

Though, that brings me to another unpopular opinion: chickens and ducks shouldn't live together, drakes can seriously harm the hens.

It's an accident waiting to happen. A rabbit will get pecked, and they'll attack chickens to defend themselves. They're territorial

Now that I know drakes can harm chickens, I agree, but I actually had mine live together. But my drake had like 6 hens too

Agreed. Def not "live" together, like in a run. Mine minimally interact during the day while free ranging, and sometimes eat at the same time. I've never had problems, though I don't doubt that I would if they were confined in a space together.
