If you can pay, there's a company called Fetch! Pet Care that may be available to you. We had them to look after our cats when we went to visit family a couple years back. This was including medicating, cleaning litterboxes, feeding and watering. It was pricey, but well worth it for a few days away. They came out twice a day and I'd get a text and notification that they'd been, along with a photo. It's a franchise, so it may or may not be available where you're at.

That I can't tell you. I suspect not. They are after all a "pet" service, although we had no problem with the carer that came to our house also making sure there was food and water outside for the ferals.

It's worth a shot. All they can do is say "no". They also offer house sitting which sounds like it would be more in line for you.
