What breed are these two hens?

The one with the beard looks like an Ameraucana mix. Does not look like a pure breed but cute.

The multi colored one is an Easter Egger and the red one is either a Rhode Island Red or a Production Red.

What tells y'all it's an EE?

Easter egger if she lays colored eggs, barnyard mix or possibly hatchery EE if she doesn't.

clues are overall look and shape, she's got a common color and build for hatchery EEs. Add in the dark legs and muffs. She looks to have a straight comb, though, so may not lay colored eggs.
