We noticed this little lady had a bit of an abnormal sight compared to her sister wives! Anyone ideas?

I'm not sure what it is--maybe a fowl pox scab or a peck wound. It's hard to tell for sure with your picture.

Hard to tell without more description. I copied and pasted your picture in a word doc for a closer look, but it's not helping. I assume you mean the dark dot in the comb? How deep is it? Is it scabbed? How long have you had them? Are you new to chickens? Mine are constantly getting dark scabby spots on their combs from the roost-spot battles at night. Any spots that are particularly nasty get a bit of Neosporin/triple antibiotic ointment.
