The coloring of him is cockerel specific regardless of comb size. I will bet my life on him being a cockerel

Still a boy, no doubt.So these are from English stock, I've asked and the hens will have 1 or 3p combs when the grow up, they are 12 weeks old now and look the same color to me, no waddles to speak of yet, the gold/blue still has lots of fluff and the back feathers are not filled in yet. I have asked the breeder for picks of the parents
