Unusual egg

Hello, today I got this really weird egg from a hen. I noticed that the egg was really rough and could almost see through it. It looked really watery with no aircell. Does anybody know what this is and if it's a concern?

Cause new hens a lot of the time will lay weird eggs

How long have they been laying?
Do your other birds lay thin shelled eggs too?
What and how exactly are you feeding?
