Unwanted chicks after Easter

I find it funny how some times parents just don't use thier head. Its suppose to be the kids that you expect to be irresponcible... not the parents.

If I wasn't near capacity chick wise, I'd do the same thing. It amazes how inconsiderate people can be towards animals. My chicks often get more attention than my kids do! Oooops!!

All of you in close to Charlotte better help me out!! I just posted to craigslist here that I would take any of the chicks people don't want. I can only handle a few more but I'm sure there are those of you out there that can handle more.

The real bummer is a think a lot of these "Easter chicks" the feed shops peddle at this time of year are Leghorn roosters or similar types of birds with little or no value as pets or food.
