update :14 yr old girl with pet chickens

Do you all remember the news article of the 14 yr. old girl near Pittsburgh, Pa that was going to court over her chickens not wanted in the residental neighborhood?
Well. she lost and has 30 days to get rid of all the chickens.
Poor girl, she was in tears when they were interviewing her.

Poor kid. I would be angry with the whole neighborhood. She won't have a Merry Christmas. Maybe they will move and she can have her dream flock!

I say she should try again and get a house chicken.

That is sad.........people have dogs, cats, lizards, ferrets and this girl had chickens! What is everyone's problem with chickens? Just goes to show that the un-informed/mis-informed people are the one's that are making the rules!

Gosh. That's terrible! What about the people in these neighborhoods like this who have the little dog that barks constantly? And then people want to complain about chickens. Maybe it's just me, but the clucking is kind of calming... Hmm.
