(UPDATE) Chicken won't eat, poop isn't solid

My 4-5ish year old hen Grapes has recently been kinda off. (Everyone else in the flock is fine)

She doesn't have an appetite and seems kinda sad. We think she might be constipated because when she poops it comes out like the regular white part of poop without the solid. She has nothing in her crop as of right now, so I'm pretty sure it's not impacted crop. I've thought she might be egg bound but she's walking around normally so I don't think thats it.

Could it just be that she ate something bad and now she's just constipated?
As of right now I'm putting ACV in her water and yesterday I put her in an epson salt bath.

Do you think that she might have egg yolk peritonitis?

Uh I don't think so? She's not waddling around and her tails not pointed down. Here's a few pictures of her. 15383486372831974886368.jpg

Is it hot where you live? She looks like a Naked-neck. Is that what she is?
Yea she is! We live in Socal where we get 5-6 months of summer (April/May-September) and as of now even though its starting to cool down at night (the hens aren't laying as much eggs as they did at the beginning of the month)it's still hot throughout the day. They have shade and we spray water on the dirt so it stays cool throughout the day.

Well, I would like to think that her hovering in the corner is because of the heat, but I can't be sure...

I don't see any photos of her or the other birds that make me think they are overheated.

Isolating herself she does not feel well. Her crop looks large - is it completely empty by morning?

When did she last lay an egg?

eek she hasn't laid one in awhile. Yesterday I made her a mix of mushyish mealworms, sliced grapes, and leftover thinly chopped lettuce (all of it together on a paper plate) and she actually ate it all (not counting bits here and there that she dropped) ! I'm at uni right now so I'll ask my dad to send me pictures.
