(UPDATE) Chicken won't eat, poop isn't solid

You have to be very careful syringing water since they can aspirate.

It may be better to offer her food as a wet mash so she gets more fluids and you can give her a small treat of something watery like Watermelon.

Also isolating them sometimes they don't seem to drink well. Sometimes I think it's because of using a different container. Mine love to drink out a chick waterer if I separate them - it's a bit odd, but you can try that. Raise it off the floor so it's easier to get to.

It’s hard to truly monitor food and water intake unless she is kept separate (for now) also the poop monitoring is very important.
Just a thought watermelon and grapes have lots of water in them along with natural sugars.
I’d let her have these...yes it may make for looser stools but at this point it’s the lesser of two evils.

Yea that's the thing that scares me most is that she'll aspirate:hit As of right now I am giving her her usual feed along with another feed that i brought from the pet store which is similar, but is more like a treat mix. It has cracked corn, sunflower seeds, oats, wheat seeds (i think) and meal worms. They seem to enjoy it and she also seemed to like it, especially since if it gets moist it's easier to eat compared to her usual feed. I felt her crop after she ate and although it's a little bit, less than a golf ball it's still something. The electrolyte powder calls for 1/3 teaspoon per gallon, maybe I should make them their usual gallon, scoop out some of the water and mix it with her feed instead of regular water? It wouldn't hurt right? As for the waterer, its a ceramic pot that holds up to a gallon (maybe a little less but pretty close) so it doesn't fit where I'm keeping her but when I let her out I'll find a smaller pot, and leave it out there throughout the day so maybe she can get comfortable with it. (the one that's in her cage is a little yellow parakeet waterer) I'll look around for some treats in the meantime. I'm not sure if we still have left over watermelon but we have some eggs. For some reason she'll only eat the yolk??? like are you picky or what?

Mine like the yolk best if it's hardboiled egg. A lot of times I "scramble" them. Since I usually make enough for everyone, I spray a microwave casserole bowl with cooking spray, put in the eggs, beat them well, then cook them. Every couple of minutes, stir the eggs up.

If she is still having any crop issues, I would only give her wet feed and a little egg. Eliminate anything like cracked corn, seeds, etc., those things do require grit and processing through the gizzard. If she has a slow crop, then it's just going to complicate matters.

I'll look for any leftover vegetables i can give her. I showed her to a friend and she said that she's probably just very constipated or something. Here are two of her droppings that she did this morning (the green ones) IMG_20180930_115554.jpg IMG_20180930_115636.jpg .

Yes...skip all the seeds and HARD treats. Think about it she’s having a hard enough time already. Please follow some of this great advice others have given. You have to learn what’s best. The chicken will eat what you put in front of her.

She ate some grapes earlier so that's good. But yea anything goes as long as its mushy or watery and not seeds right?:fl

i just fed them some leftover chopped up tomatoes and lettuce. She joined the others in eating bits here and there. Oh she still has somewhat of a lack of appetite.
