You have to be very careful syringing water since they can aspirate.
It may be better to offer her food as a wet mash so she gets more fluids and you can give her a small treat of something watery like Watermelon.
Also isolating them sometimes they don't seem to drink well. Sometimes I think it's because of using a different container. Mine love to drink out a chick waterer if I separate them - it's a bit odd, but you can try that. Raise it off the floor so it's easier to get to.

As of right now I am giving her her usual feed along with another feed that i brought from the pet store which is similar, but is more like a treat mix. It has cracked corn, sunflower seeds, oats, wheat seeds (i think) and meal worms. They seem to enjoy it and she also seemed to like it, especially since if it gets moist it's easier to eat compared to her usual feed. I felt her crop after she ate and although it's a little bit, less than a golf ball it's still something. The electrolyte powder calls for 1/3 teaspoon per gallon, maybe I should make them their usual gallon, scoop out some of the water and mix it with her feed instead of regular water? It wouldn't hurt right? As for the waterer, its a ceramic pot that holds up to a gallon (maybe a little less but pretty close) so it doesn't fit where I'm keeping her but when I let her out I'll find a smaller pot, and leave it out there throughout the day so maybe she can get comfortable with it. (the one that's in her cage is a little yellow parakeet waterer) I'll look around for some treats in the meantime. I'm not sure if we still have left over watermelon but we have some eggs. For some reason she'll only eat the yolk??? like are you picky or what?
