Update- Cockorel breed

Myboy EMERSON still not crowing and mateing, whats wrong with this cockorel? Younger cockorels then him already crowing and mateing..... He is over 5 months old. I buy him 2 months ago and he was looking ( last photo) in case seller deliver him as pullet but when they come i see it was cockorel but keep him anyway. My plan is keep him as cockorel and have chicks grom him , what breed he is close to, i know he is a mix but mix of what?

The comb and wattles are only pink, so irregardless of breed or gender, this one doesn’t look sexually mature. Not sure on breed, other than the obvious naked neck.

He’s mixed. Has a Naked Neck parent. Other parent could be anything from a mix to pure bred. He’s probably just taking his time to mature.

He must be low in the pecking order. If he were to start crowing and attempting to mate that would incur a challenge from a more dominant male. He isn't wanting a fight so he doesn't invite one.

But he is now for weeks only cockorel i have in flock.
