*Update*HATCHED!Then there were two!

It pipped!! I even got to see the little crack it has made flapping as it pecked away in there! SO COOL! Now I'm at work and I really hope my first chickie ever is out of there when I get home!! Oh, and it would be nice if the brown egg would at least pip or something!

Anyone out there?

I'm excited for you....great news! I have my first pip this morning a day early, too. It's so hard not to stare into the incubator, isn't it? That's so cool that you could hear it peep. Hope the rest of your hatch goes well. Keep your fingers crossed for me, too. Martha in TX

My first chick ever hatched!!!! Now....can someone tell me what he/she is??

It has feathered legs/feet. Legs are black but toes are yellow. Body is a dark mousy color with some areas of white. The egg was 2/3 the size of my standard eggs (if that) and white. Hard to believe all that chick came out of that little egg!!

I bought the eggs so.....here is what the lady I got them from said:

Possible Dads (both bantam): Blue Cochin or White Silkie

Possible Mamas (although it was a white egg): EEs, several cochins (blue, partridge) Ancona, Andalusian, Buckeye, Columbian Wyandotte, Buff Orpington, Speckled Sussex, Lakenvelder, Salmon Favorelle, Silkies, Polish

What do all you experts think??

I think she's trying to talk the other egg into hatching. So noisy! LOL

(I find myself running to check every time the peeping stops though)
